Home isolation sucks doesn't it. Training is ruined, you wont be able to reach your goals for summer? Why even bother exercising?
We have probably all thought this recently but don't worry. At ATS we are here to help. The key to training right now is to just shift your goals. Sure you can't get as jacked as you wanted, or increase your Powerlifting total. However you can get fitter and healthier which will help you and your training in the long run. Watch this space for a more in depth talk about this in a blog post this week.
We will be running weekly home workout sessions that need no equipment, no prior experience. Just a willingness to work hard.
These classes will be free to all of our current clients and members. If you are joining us for the first time, we would really appreciate a donation here. We totally understand that times are tight at the moment, so if you can't afford to donate that is totally fine and you are more than welcome to join our classes anyway, we would love to have you.
