John and Will are hugely passionate about training and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether that is to have a better total on the powerlifting platform, to be better at their sport, or to be fitter and healthier.
They have been coaching and running ATS together for almost a decade now and continue to show their dedication and passion for clients and friends fitness goals. Together they will help you go from strength to strength in your journey to achieving your goals.
When not in the gym the boys can often be found at either Edinburgh Wolves practice and games, or running Scottish Powerlifting competitions or out and about with members and friends enjoying a few beers, some great food and great company.

Our gym features everything you need for achieving your strength and fitness goals. We have 2 Rogue power racks, an Eleiko combo rack, Dumbbells up to 47.5kg, 3 lifting platforms, Rogue& Eleiko Bars and a couple specialty bars, over 500kg in plates, medicine balls, and a bunch of other equipment. As well as the know how on any alternatives or home brews you could want.

BBQsJohn and Will are huge fans of barbecue, and we regularly put on socials in the summer months. So if you enjoy cold drinks and smoked meat, come on down!

Friday Night diceAs lifetime nerds, John and Will love board games and video games. So, most Friday nights, we run Friday night dice. A casual evening of board games that anyone can come along to, all players are welcomed and encouraged. We play a variety of games, and are always looking for suggestions if people have stuff we haven't tried!
